Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain critical network infrastructure 24/7 during designated night shifts.
- Perform proactive troubleshooting of server, network, and hardware issues.
- Execute system updates, patch management, and security protocols during low-traffic hours.
- Ensure high availability and performance of data center operations.
- Collaborate with day-shift teams to ensure seamless handovers and incident resolution.
- Document all network configurations, changes, and incidents in the knowledge base.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in network engineering or system administration.
- Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP) or equivalent certification is highly preferred.
- Proven experience working in 24/7 operational environments or night shift roles.
- Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, routing, switching, and firewall technologies.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
