Responsibilities
- Provide high-level technical troubleshooting and customer support for hardware and software issues.
- Manage and resolve incoming support tickets via Zendesk/ServiceNow within SLA guidelines.
- Collaborate with the on-site and remote engineering teams to escalate complex issues.
- Maintain accurate documentation of all support interactions and resolutions.
- Conduct remote diagnostics and perform system maintenance during off-peak hours.
- Train junior staff on troubleshooting best practices and internal tools.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in IT or related field preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Technical Support, Help Desk, or Customer Service.
- Strong knowledge of Windows, macOS, and basic networking protocols.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for client interaction.
- Ability to work independently during the weekend shift with minimal supervision.
- Flexibility to work overtime during peak periods if required.
