Responsibilities
- Provide expert technical support for hardware and software issues during weekend shifts.
- Diagnose and resolve network connectivity problems and system failures.
- Manage and prioritize incoming support tickets with efficiency and accuracy.
- Collaborate with the support team to document solutions and improve processes.
- Perform routine maintenance and updates on office equipment and servers.
- Ensure data security and compliance during all technical interventions.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s degree in IT is preferred).
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in IT support or help desk roles.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Familiarity with remote desktop tools and help desk software.
