Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2 technical support and troubleshooting for hardware and software issues.
- Manage high-volume incoming support tickets during the night shift efficiently.
- Document technical issues and resolutions in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the day shift team to ensure seamless continuity of service.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through professional and empathetic communication.
- Assist in the implementation of new software patches and updates.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in technical support or help desk environments.
- Strong knowledge of Windows, macOS, and common office software.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively during night shifts.
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's degree in IT or related field preferred.
- Flexibility to work rotating night shifts, holidays, and weekends as needed.
