Responsibilities
- Diagnose and resolve hardware/software issues across Windows/macOS environments
- Manage user accounts and permissions in Active Directory
- Deploy and configure network equipment (routers, switches, firewalls)
- Create and maintain technical documentation and SOPs
- Provide remote and on-site technical support to 50+ users
- Implement cybersecurity best practices and incident response
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on IT projects
- Monitor system performance and proactively address bottlenecks
Qualifications
- 2+ years of IT support/help desk experience required
- CompTIA A+ or Network+ certification preferred
- Proficiency in Active Directory, Azure AD, and O365
- Strong troubleshooting skills for hardware/software issues
- Experience with ticketing systems (ServiceNow, Jira)
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Valid driver's license for occasional client site visits
- Ability to work flexible hours including occasional weekends
