Responsibilities
- Lead weekend shift operations including staff scheduling, inventory management, and quality control
- Train and mentor team members on service standards, safety protocols, and brand guidelines
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve escalated issues with professionalism and diplomacy
- Monitor daily performance metrics and implement improvement strategies
- Coordinate with vendors and management team for seamless weekend operations
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations
- Prepare shift reports and maintain accurate documentation
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years hospitality or retail supervisory experience
- Strong leadership and team management abilities
- Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work independently during weekend shifts
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Valid California food handler certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Proficiency in POS systems and basic inventory software
- High school diploma or equivalent required
