Responsibilities
- Oversee weekend operations and ensure exceptional customer service standards
- Lead and mentor a team of 10-15 hospitality staff during peak weekend hours
- Handle inventory management and supply chain logistics for weekend shifts
- Resolve guest inquiries and operational issues with professionalism
- Conduct pre-shift briefings and performance evaluations
- Collaborate with weekday managers for seamless handovers
- Maintain strict compliance with health and safety regulations
Qualifications
- 3+ years of supervisory experience in hospitality or customer service
- Availability to work Friday-Sunday shifts (6 AM - 2 PM)
- Strong leadership and conflict resolution skills
- Proficiency in inventory management software
- Valid Louisiana food handler certification
- Ability to thrive in high-pressure weekend environments
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Proven track record of team development
