Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest service with a warm, authentic New Orleans welcome
- Assist with check-in/check-out processes and manage reservations
- Resolve guest inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally
- Maintain pristine lobby, pool, and common areas
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams
- Process payments and operate POS systems
- Support event setup and guest activities
Qualifications
- No prior experience necessary - we train on the job!
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Positive attitude and strong communication skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Flexible availability including nights/weekends
- Basic computer proficiency
- Valid driver's license preferred
- Must pass background check
