Responsibilities
- Execute efficient loading and unloading of freight using forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Perform accurate inventory checks and stock reconciliation on weekends.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Assist in quality control checks to ensure shipment integrity and accuracy.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve operational issues quickly.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies strictly.
- Document daily operations and report any discrepancies immediately.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday).
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs safely.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with inventory management software.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent time management skills.
- Reliable transportation to the Phoenix facility.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
