Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move products safely using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Verify and inspect incoming stock against bills of lading and purchase orders for accuracy.
- Pick, pack, and stage products for customer orders with a focus on minimizing errors.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Operate handheld scanners and warehouse management software to track inventory.
- Collaborate with team leads to ensure daily production targets are met.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Ability to lift, carry, and push items weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not required.
- Must be available to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Basic computer literacy and attention to detail.
