Responsibilities
- Operate warehouse equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) with precision and safety compliance
- Manage inventory control systems to maintain accurate stock records
- Coordinate loading/unloading of shipments during peak night shift hours
- Perform quality checks and product handling according to SOPs
- Maintain clean and organized workspaces to meet OSHA standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless operations
- Document daily activities using warehouse management software
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience required
- OSHA certification or willingness to obtain upon hire
- Ability to lift 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for 8+ hours
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Proficiency with inventory management systems (SAP, Oracle)
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Availability for 12-hour night shifts (7PM-7AM) with rotating weekends
- Pass background check and pre-employment drug screen
