Responsibilities
- Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound customer calls and emails during the night shift.
- Resolve customer inquiries, issues, and complaints efficiently and professionally.
- Log customer interactions and maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate management team.
- Ensure all service level agreements (SLAs) are met during the shift.
- Collaborate with day shift teams to ensure seamless operations.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous customer service experience preferred but not mandatory.
- Must be available to work nights (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Strong computer literacy and typing skills (40+ WPM).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Reliable internet connection required for remote roles.
