Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage all daily operations during weekend shifts to ensure maximum efficiency and productivity.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate timely stock replenishment for the upcoming week.
- Resolve customer service inquiries and operational issues quickly to maintain high satisfaction rates.
- Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols, warehouse regulations, and company policies.
- Prepare and submit accurate end-of-shift reports to the management team.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Collaborate with the weekday team to ensure seamless operational handovers.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Education: High school diploma or GED required.
- Skills: Basic computer literacy and proficiency in data entry.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Reliability: Proven track record of punctuality and dependability.
- Experience: Experience in logistics, warehousing, or customer service is highly preferred.
