Responsibilities
- Warehouse Operations: Assist in daily inventory management, stock organization, and order fulfillment processes.
- Equipment Handling: Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment (training provided).
- Data Accuracy: Maintain precise records of incoming and outgoing shipments using inventory management software.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure all packaging meets safety standards.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team leads and cross-functional departments to ensure workflow efficiency.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere strictly to OSHA safety guidelines and company protocols to maintain a safe working environment.
Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Experience: No prior experience required; we train great people!
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- License: Valid Driver’s License is a plus.
- Skills: Basic computer literacy and strong attention to detail.
- Attitude: Must be reliable, punctual, and eager to learn.
