Our client is a leading supply chain provider looking to optimize their Memphis hub. We are looking for individuals who are ready to take ownership of the night shift process and drive efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Oversee all daily operations during the night shift to ensure seamless workflow and meet production targets.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate logistics with the day shift leadership team.
- Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols, OSHA regulations, and company policies.
- Manage and mentor a small team of 5-8 staff members, providing coaching and feedback.
- Generate and analyze daily performance reports to identify bottlenecks and areas for improvement.
- Handle emergency situations, equipment malfunctions, and escalations with a calm and professional demeanor.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate's degree in Logistics or Business preferred.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in logistics, warehousing, or operations management.
- Must be available to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
