Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations and workflow efficiency during weekend shifts.
- Manage, train, and mentor a team of 5-10 employees to ensure peak performance.
- Conduct regular inventory checks and manage stock levels to prevent shortages.
- Enforce strict safety and compliance protocols to ensure a secure work environment.
- Handle customer service inquiries and resolve operational issues promptly.
- Prepare accurate end-of-shift reports and operational logs.
- Collaborate with management to optimize weekend scheduling and staffing.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in shift management or operations leadership.
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Proven ability to lead and motivate a diverse team.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on operational efficiency.
- Availability to work weekends (Friday, Saturday, Sunday).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
