- Oversee 15+ team members during overnight operations, ensuring productivity and quality standards
- Implement and enforce safety protocols across all shift activities
- Monitor production metrics and adjust workflows to meet daily targets
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide actionable feedback to staff
- Coordinate cross-departmental handoffs for seamless 24/7 operations
- Investigate and resolve operational issues with minimal downtime
- Prepare detailed shift reports highlighting achievements and improvement areas
- Train new hires on equipment, procedures, and company policies
Qualifications
- 3+ years of supervisory experience in manufacturing or logistics
- OSHA certification or equivalent safety training
- Proven ability to manage teams in high-pressure environments
- Advanced problem-solving skills with data-driven decision-making
- Strong proficiency in inventory management systems
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Flexibility to work nights and weekends as required
