Your Mission
As our Weekend Manager, you will bridge the gap between our high-performance team and our strategic goals. You will manage workflows, resolve critical issues, and mentor junior staff to ensure peak performance.
Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of 5-10 employees during the weekend shift.
- Oversee inventory management, logistics, and daily operational workflows.
- Implement and enforce quality control measures to ensure 100% customer satisfaction.
- Generate and analyze weekend performance reports to drive continuous improvement.
- Handle escalated client inquiries and resolve complex operational issues efficiently.
- Collaborate with the weekday management team to align strategies and ensure seamless transitions.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in operations, logistics, or team management.
- Proven track record of leading weekend shifts or rotating schedules.
- Strong proficiency in MS Office Suite and project management software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and make critical decisions under pressure.
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
