Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service and support to clients during peak weekend hours.
- Process incoming orders and inquiries accurately using our CRM software.
- Collaborate with the weekday team to ensure seamless workflow and continuity.
- Maintain a high standard of organization in your workspace and filing systems.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints with patience and professionalism.
- Adhere to all company safety policies and operational procedures.
- Participate in weekly team meetings and training sessions.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate's degree preferred.
- Previous experience in customer service, retail, or call center environments is a plus.
- Must be available to work alternating weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Strong computer proficiency and typing skills (40+ WPM).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and stand for extended periods.
