Responsibilities
- Manage high-volume customer interactions and resolve inquiries efficiently during weekend shifts.
- Process and verify data entries with a high degree of accuracy and speed.

- Adhere to all company safety, quality, and compliance protocols strictly.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional workspace at all times.
- Assist in training and mentoring new team members to ensure service excellence.
- Report operational issues or inventory discrepancies to the shift supervisor immediately.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is required.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.
- Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment without supervision.
- Proven track record of reliability, punctuality, and strong work ethic.
