Responsibilities
- Coordinate weekend logistics operations across 3 states
- Manage team of 5-7 weekend dispatchers
- Resolve urgent delivery exceptions in real-time
- Generate weekend performance analytics reports
- Onboard new weekend staff members
- Collaborate with weekday managers for seamless transitions
- Implement weekend-specific process improvements
Qualifications
- 3+ years logistics/supply chain experience
- Proven weekend shift management background
- Advanced proficiency in logistics software (TMS/WMS)
- Strong conflict resolution and communication skills
- Ability to work independently during off-peak hours
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or related field
- Valid Texas driver's license
- OSHA certification preferred
