Responsibilities
- Supervise 8-12 team members during overnight shifts, ensuring safety protocols and productivity targets
- Coordinate inbound/outbound logistics, including inventory management and quality control
- Operate warehouse equipment (forklifts, scanners) and conduct daily equipment inspections
- Train new hires on SOPs and maintain accurate shift documentation
- Resolve operational issues and communicate with day-shift leadership
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives for workflow efficiency
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years warehouse/supply chain experience with 1+ years in leadership
- Forklift certification and OSHA 10-hour training preferred
- Proficiency in WMS systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for 8+ hours
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred
- Valid driver's license and clean background check
