Responsibilities
- Efficiently package, label, and prepare shipments for weekend distribution
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) with strict safety protocols
- Manage inventory counts and maintain accurate stock records
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet weekend delivery targets
- Uphold 5S standards for a clean, organized workspace
- Participate in weekly inventory audits and cycle counts
- Support loading/unloading operations with precision and timeliness
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Ability to stand/walk for 8-hour shifts and lift up to 50 lbs
- Forklift certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days
- Strong attention to detail and time-management skills
- Flexible availability for Saturday/Sunday shifts (5 AM - 1 PM or 1 PM - 9 PM)
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Valid driver's license and clean background check
