Responsibilities
- Deliver patient care assistance including mobility support and vital sign monitoring
- Administer medications accurately under supervision
- Maintain clean and organized patient environments
- Document patient observations and care activities in electronic health records
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure seamless patient transitions
- Respond to emergency situations following established protocols
- Provide emotional support to patients and families during weekend shifts
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Current CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Minimum 6 months healthcare or customer service experience
- Ability to work weekends (Saturday/Sunday) and flexible hours
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer proficiency and EHR system knowledge
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Pass background check and drug screening
