Responsibilities
- Oversee 10-15 healthcare staff during overnight shifts
- Ensure HIPAA compliance and patient safety protocols
- Coordinate emergency response procedures
- Manage staff scheduling and performance reviews
- Conduct patient rounds and care audits
- Resolve staffing conflicts and operational issues
- Prepare shift handover reports for day team
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years healthcare supervision experience
- Current RN, LPN, or CNA license required
- BLS/CPR certification mandatory
- Strong conflict resolution and communication skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal oversight
- Proficient in EMR systems (Epic preferred)
- Valid Florida driver's license
