Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to resort guests during weekend peak hours
- Manage check-in/check-out processes efficiently using resort systems
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for guest requests
- Handle payment processing and resolve billing inquiries
- Assist with event setup and venue preparation
- Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in public areas
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations
Qualifications
- Previous hospitality or customer service experience preferred
- Availability to work weekends and holidays consistently
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs
- Valid work authorization in the United States
- Basic computer proficiency and POS system knowledge
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Must pass background check and drug screening
