Responsibilities
- Manage and process customer transactions accurately and efficiently during peak weekend hours.
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints with a focus on high customer satisfaction scores.
- Assist in inventory management, stock organization, and visual merchandising.
- Collaborate with the weekday team to ensure seamless operational continuity.
- Perform daily opening and closing procedures, including cash handling and security checks.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Adhere to all company policies, safety regulations, and compliance standards.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in customer service, retail, or operations preferred.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) consistently.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Proficiency with basic computer systems and POS terminals.
- A valid driver's license is a plus.
