Responsibilities
- Deliver direct patient care during weekend shifts (Sat/Sun)
- Assist providers with clinical procedures and documentation
- Manage patient intake, vitals, and EMR updates
- Coordinate patient education and discharge planning
- Maintain sterile exam rooms and medical supplies
- Collaborate with cross-functional healthcare teams
- Adhere to HIPAA and OSHA compliance standards
Qualifications
- Active Medical Assistant/CMA certification required
- Minimum 1 year clinical experience in outpatient setting
- Weekend availability (7am-7pm shifts) essential
- Strong proficiency in Epic EMR systems
- BLS/CPR certification (or ability to obtain immediately)
- Exceptional communication and patient interaction skills
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced environments
