Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical support via phone, email, and remote access tools.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network connectivity issues for internal users.
- Monitor server performance and system logs during off-peak hours to prevent downtime.
- Log all support tickets and maintain accurate documentation of technical resolutions.
- Collaborate with the lead technician to prioritize and escalate complex issues.
- Assist in the deployment and configuration of new hardware and software updates.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree in Information Technology is a plus.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a technical support or help desk role.
- Must be available to work a Friday, Saturday, and Sunday schedule.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Office Suite.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
- Familiarity with ticketing systems (e.g., Zendesk, ServiceNow) is highly preferred.
