The Role
You will serve as the first line of defense for our client's critical infrastructure, ensuring 24/7 uptime and technical excellence.
Responsibilities
- Provide advanced technical support and troubleshooting for complex hardware and software issues during night shifts.
- Manage and prioritize incoming tickets using ServiceNow or similar ticketing systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve escalated technical incidents.
- Monitor system performance and alert stakeholders to potential outages.
- Document all technical resolutions and maintain a knowledge base of solutions.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT support or Help Desk environments.
- Strong knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems.
- Experience with network troubleshooting (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and handle pressure in a 24/7 environment.
