- System Optimization: Implement security patches and updates to maintain system integrity.
- Client Communication: Provide clear, concise updates to stakeholders regarding system status.
Qualifications
- Experience: 2+ years of experience in IT support or help desk roles.
- Schedule: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday/Sunday) and holidays.
- Education: Associate degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field preferred.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Windows Server, Active Directory, and networking fundamentals.
