Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable front-end and back-end systems.
- Collaborate closely with UX/UI designers and product managers to define feature requirements.
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following industry best practices.
- Mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews to ensure code quality and team standards.
- Optimize application performance, latency, and scalability to enhance user experience.
- Participate in agile ceremonies, including sprint planning and daily stand-ups.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack software development.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), React, and Node.js.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
