Responsibilities
- Provide tier 1 technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network issues.
- Manage and respond to incoming IT tickets and support requests efficiently.
- Assist users with password resets, account access, and device configuration.
- Maintain accurate records of technical issues and resolutions in the ticketing system.
- Perform regular system checks and backups to ensure operational continuity.
- Collaborate with the on-site team during shift handovers.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate degree in IT or related field preferred.
- 1-2 years of experience in IT support or a similar technical role.
- Strong knowledge of Windows, macOS, and mobile operating systems.
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-first mindset.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision during the weekend shift.
- Basic understanding of network protocols and connectivity issues.
