Responsibilities
- Develop, test, and deploy scalable web applications using modern frameworks such as React and Node.js.
- Collaborate closely with UX/UI designers to translate high-fidelity wireframes into pixel-perfect, responsive code.
- Optimize application performance and ensure cross-browser compatibility across all devices.
- Mentor junior developers and conduct rigorous code reviews to maintain high engineering standards.
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from architectural planning to post-launch support and maintenance.
- Identify technical risks and propose innovative solutions to complex business problems.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack web development.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), React, and Node.js ecosystems.
