Responsibilities
- Manage and resolve high-volume customer inquiries via phone and email with a focus on accuracy and speed.
- Assist customers with technical troubleshooting and product information.
- Document interactions and solutions in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with the weekday team to ensure seamless service continuity.
- Maintain a professional and positive demeanor during peak weekend traffic.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
- Previous customer service or support experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a recurring basis.
- Strong communication skills and a problem-solving mindset.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
