Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service via chat, email, and phone channels to resolve inquiries efficiently.
- Manage a high volume of support tickets while adhering to strict service level agreements (SLAs).
- Diagnose and troubleshoot customer issues, escalating complex technical problems to the senior team.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all customer interactions in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with the product and technical teams to provide feedback on common user challenges.
- Contribute to a positive team culture by mentoring new hires and sharing best practices.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer support, technical support, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk) is a plus.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a focus on clarity and empathy.
