Responsibilities
- Handle a high volume of incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat during weekend shifts.
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues or product-related questions with patience and accuracy.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through active listening and professional communication.
- Document all interactions and resolutions accurately within our CRM systems.
- Collaborate with the support team to identify trends and improve service protocols.
- Provide after-hours escalations support when necessary to ensure business continuity.
- Train new hires on weekend operational procedures and software tools.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Previous customer service or technical support experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Must be available to work weekend shifts (Saturday and Sunday).
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software is an advantage.
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace if working remotely.
