Responsibilities
- Resolve incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat with a high degree of accuracy.
- Document all customer interactions and solutions in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with the technical team to escalate complex issues and provide feedback.
- Ensure all customer tickets are resolved within the established Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Participate in weekly team huddles and training sessions to stay updated on product changes.
- Maintain a professional and empathetic demeanor during high-volume periods.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree in a related field is preferred.
- Previous experience in customer service, technical support, or retail is a strong plus.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday) and holidays.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (e.g., Zendesk, Salesforce).
- Ability to work independently and troubleshoot common technical problems.
