Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional support to local clients via phone, email, and chat, resolving inquiries with speed and accuracy.
- Manage and update customer records in the CRM system to ensure data integrity and accuracy.
- Conduct follow-up calls to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Collaborate with the sales and technical teams to address complex client needs.
- Assist in the onboarding process for new local clients, providing training and resources.
- Identify trends in customer feedback and communicate them to management to improve services.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Business or Communications is a plus.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a professional tone.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote/hybrid hybrid setting.
