Responsibilities
- Manage high-volume inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat.
- Resolve complex customer issues with empathy and efficiency to ensure high retention rates.
- Update and maintain accurate customer records in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate and resolve ticketed issues.
- Meet daily and weekly performance metrics and KPIs.
- Assist in training new team members and share best practices.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous customer service experience preferred but not required.
- Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Ability to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) with availability for shift overlap.
- Basic computer proficiency and typing speed of 40+ WPM.
- Must pass a background check and drug screen.
