Responsibilities
- Manage high-volume inbound and outbound customer inquiries with professionalism and empathy.
- Resolve customer issues and troubleshoot problems efficiently to ensure high satisfaction rates.
- Assist customers with account setup, product information, and service inquiries.
- Document all customer interactions and transactions accurately in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify process improvements and customer trends.
- Meet and exceed daily and weekly performance targets regarding call handling and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office Suite, Email, and Internet navigation).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume call center environment.
- Reliable internet connection and computer (required for remote/hybrid hybrid option).
- Self-motivated with a positive "can-do" attitude.
