Responsibilities
- Handle High-Volume Inquiries: Manage a high volume of customer calls and emails regarding orders, shipments, and account details with accuracy and speed.
- Resolve Complex Issues: Troubleshoot customer concerns and escalate issues to management when necessary to ensure a 100% satisfaction rate.
- Process Transactions: Accurately process returns, exchanges, and account modifications using our CRM software.
- Maintain Records: Update customer databases and ensure all transaction records are compliant with company policies.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate with the logistics team to ensure seamless handovers between shifts.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday) with flexible shift options.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a professional, friendly demeanor.
- Experience: Previous customer service experience is preferred but not required for high-performers.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills to resolve issues efficiently.
- Computer Literacy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
