Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse activities, including receiving, put-away, picking, packing, and shipping.
- Lead, train, and mentor a team of warehouse associates to ensure high productivity and safety standards.
- Monitor inventory accuracy and implement process improvements to reduce waste and increase efficiency.
- Enforce strict safety protocols and OSHA regulations to maintain a hazard-free work environment.
- Collaborate with management to forecast staffing needs and coordinate workflow schedules.
- Conduct regular safety audits and equipment inspections.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Supply Chain or Logistics preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in warehouse operations or logistics management.
- Proven track record of leading teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong knowledge of inventory management systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar).
- Forklift certification and valid driver’s license required.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
