- Ensure OSHA compliance and safety protocols during overnight operations
- Manage inventory systems and optimize workflow efficiency
- Handle emergency escalations and resolve operational disruptions
- Prepare daily performance reports for morning management team
- Train new hires and maintain staff productivity standards
- Coordinate with day shift teams for seamless transition
Qualifications
- 3+ years supervisory experience in logistics/manufacturing
- Valid forklift certification and warehouse safety training
- Strong problem-solving abilities under pressure
- Advanced knowledge of WMS inventory systems
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Flexible schedule availability (11 PM - 7 AM)
