Responsibilities
- Operational Excellence: Accurately receive, inspect, and process incoming inventory shipments to ensure 100% accuracy.
- Picking & Packing: Efficiently select and pack orders using RF scanners and handheld devices, adhering to strict safety protocols.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate stock levels in the warehouse, perform cycle counts, and update inventory databases in real-time.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety standards and company policies to maintain a safe working environment for all personnel.
- Equipment Handling: Safely operate warehouse equipment, including pallet jacks, forklifts (if certified), and conveyor systems.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team leads and cross-functional departments to resolve discrepancies and improve workflow efficiency.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Experience: Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or inventory management is a plus, but not required for the right candidate.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand/walk for extended periods in a temperature-controlled environment.
- Technical Skills: Basic computer literacy and willingness to learn warehouse management software (WMS).
- Availability: Must be available for full-time shifts, including weekends and holidays as required.
- Driver's License: Valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required.
