Responsibilities
- Load and Unload: Safely load and unload freight from trucks using appropriate equipment.
- Pick and Pack: Accurately pick and pack orders for shipment to ensure 100% customer satisfaction.
- Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels and assist in stock organization to maintain an organized warehouse.
- Equipment Operation: Operate forklifts and pallet jacks safely according to company protocols.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety regulations and OSHA guidelines to maintain a hazard-free environment.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team leads and other departments to ensure smooth daily operations.
Qualifications
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Reliability: Consistent attendance and punctuality are essential for this role.
- Basic Math Skills: Comfortable with basic arithmetic and using handheld scanners.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Flexibility: Willingness to work varying shifts, including overtime and weekends as needed.
- Driver's License: Valid driver's license is preferred but not always required.
