Responsibilities
- Operate warehouse machinery, including forklifts and pallet jacks, to load and unload shipments accurately.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Perform inventory checks and cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy.
- Collaborate with the night shift team to meet daily production targets and deadlines.
- Package and label merchandise for shipment with precision.
- Adhere to all company policies and safety protocols strictly.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Ability to work rotating night shifts (10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Basic math skills for inventory management and scanning.
- Physical ability to stand, walk, lift, and carry up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and have a positive attitude.
- Experience with warehouse management systems is a plus but not required.
