Responsibilities
- Material Handling: Efficiently load and unload trucks using forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Picking & Packing: Accurately select and prepare customer orders for shipment.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate stock levels and organize warehouse aisles.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety protocols and company policies.
- Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine checks and basic maintenance on warehouse machinery.
Qualifications
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not required.
- Documentation: Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Communication: Basic reading and writing skills to understand work orders and safety signs.
- Availability: Must be available to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
