Responsibilities
- Perform daily warehouse operations, including receiving, sorting, and staging inventory.
- Utilize handheld scanners and computer systems to track shipments and stock levels accurately.
- Package and label merchandise for safe transport and timely delivery.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production and safety goals.
- Assist in loading and unloading trucks using appropriate equipment.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and quality control measures.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or General Equivalency Diploma (GED) preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and reliability.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team setting.
- Valid driver’s license (if required for specific shift duties).
