- Oversee 10-15 night shift staff in daily warehouse operations
- Optimize inventory management systems and order fulfillment processes
- Enforce OSHA safety protocols and maintain compliance documentation
- Coordinate with day shift teams for seamless operational handoffs
- Conduct performance reviews and implement staff development plans
- Resolve operational issues and implement process improvements
- Manage equipment maintenance schedules and safety inspections
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse/supervisory experience in logistics
- OSHA 30-hour certification or equivalent safety training
- Proficient in WMS systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and operate warehouse equipment
- Strong conflict resolution and team leadership skills
- Available to work 10 PM - 6 AM schedule with weekend flexibility
- Forklift certification required (or obtainable within 30 days)
